My name is Paul Curzon and I am the Owner / Director of Orange Movement.
I am a qualified Personal Trainer / Group Fitness trainer, and also a qualified Chef.
Bringing my inspiration together:
I was working as a Sous Chef in a successful high end Italian Restaurant and spending my spare time keeping fit at my local gym. It wasn’t until my friend, also a chef, approached me to help him start up at the gym and lose weight. I didn’t know it at the time, but that moment was where my journey into Personal Training began. Watching as he got fitter, stronger and more confident, really opened my eyes to new possibilities and ignited my passion for helping people on their health and fitness journey’s.
It wasn’t long after that, that I decided to pursue a new career in Personal Training. Whilst continuing to be a Chef and studying part-time, the idea of Orange Movement came about.
In 2012 I finished studying and commenced Personal Training as a full-time career. Now my dream to bring together my extensive knowledge from being a Trainer and a Chef has become a reality.
At Orange Movement not only do I run tailored training sessions and programs, I am able to provide valuable advice, samples ;-) and recipes for healthy and convenient food, and help you develop habits that will complement your training.
